PL opportunities

Professional Learning at BSB is for oneself, others and the organisation. Professional Learning comes in many different forms. We have made clear expectations of what good learning looks like at BSB, and how this fits in our PLC. We also recognise that there are times where our jobs require us to complete training that is more skill and tool-kit specific. However, regardless of what the learning focus may be, our broader values and ideas remain the same. The Professional Learning Roadmap gives examples of the different types of learning that we may experience, at different times, as a Member of Staff at BSB.
